Abelo, a leading lessor specialised in the turboprop segment, has announced the successful delivery of MSN875, a newly converted ATR72 cargo aircraft, to Renegade Air. This marks a significant milestone as the first ATR72 cargo conversion for Abelo and introduces ATR as a new aircraft type to Kenya's bustling aviation sector at Wilson Airport.

The ATR72, previously operating for passenger services, has been converted to meet the growing demands for cargo operations, reflecting the robust expansion and evolving requirements of the Kenyan market.

Renegade Air’s decision to upgrade from Dash8 to the larger ATR72 aircraft typifies the success and growth trajectory of Renegade, aiming to enhance their operational capabilities and meet increasing cargo demands.
