AJW Group Expands Power-by-the-Hour Deal with Modern Logistics, Enhances Latin American Support with Key Promotion

AJW Group has announced the expansion of its Power-by-the-Hour (PBH) contract with Brazilian cargo operator Modern Logistics.

The agreement, originally signed in 2017 as AJW Group’s first PBH contract in Brazil, now extends to Modern Logistics’ new fleet of Boeing 737-800 aircraft alongside its existing B737CL freighter. This milestone highlights AJW Group’s growing presence in Latin America. As a member of the prestigious Latin American and Caribbean Air Transport Association (ALTA), AJW Group continues to demonstrate its commitment to the region, recently opening an office in Mexico City.

Additionally, AJW Group has announced the promotion of Wilmer Lopez to Managing Director – AJW Latin America. With over 24 years of aviation experience, Lopez has been pivotal in driving the company’s growth in the region and he will continue to drive this success leading our regional office in Mexico City.
