AerCap Announces Component Agreement with OEMServices

AerCap Holdings has announced that it has signed a seven-year component sale and leaseback agreement with OEMServices S.A.S.

As part of the agreement, AerCap Materials will provide a substantial inventory of Airbus A220 aircraft components to support OEMServices’ extensive airline customer base. This latest agreement is a further example of the inventory financing solutions provided by AerCap Materials to OEMServices across various platforms, including Airbus A320 and Airbus A380 lines.

Aimee Craig, the CEO of AerCap Materials, said,

“The growth of our inventory financing services has enabled AerCap Materials to provide innovative and cost-effective solutions to all of our customers. We are delighted to extend our strategic partnership with OEMServices as they grow their global support solutions for airlines around the world and we look forward to further enhancing our relationship with the OEMServices team.”

Didier Granger, the Group Chief Executive Officer of OEMServices, said:

“This new step in the partnership between OEMServices and AerCap Materials means a great deal to us.
