GA Telesis, LLC appointed Benjamin Strauss as Group Vice President of Operations for its MRO Services Group, effective August 4, 2025. In this key leadership role, Strauss reports directly to the President of MRO Services and is responsible for the strategic direction, operational performance, and long-term growth of the company’s global Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul operations.
With more than fifteen (15) years in aerospace operations management, organizational transformation, and quality-driven leadership, Strauss brings a proven track record of results. Prior to joining GA Telesis, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Hawker Pacific Aerospace, a Lufthansa Technik company, where he successfully led US based landing gear and component MRO operations through a series of large-scale modernization and performance initiatives.
At GA Telesis MRO Services, Strauss oversees four key MRO facilities with a workforce exceeding 600 employees. His responsibilities include driving operational excellence, leading Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, optimizing P&L performance, and enhancing customer satisfaction. He also plays a critical role in expanding automation, building long-term facility plans, and aligning operations with GA Telesis’ broader corporate objectives.
