Dubai Aerospace Enterprise signed a purchase and leaseback agreement with Saudia covering four new 777F aircraft. The freighters will be acquired by DAE and leased back to Saudia under long-term agreements, with deliveries scheduled between October 2026 and May 2027.
The aircraft will support Saudia’s expanding cargo operations and provide additional capacity across its global network. DAE CEO Firoz Tarapore said the transaction reflects the lessor’s strategy of supporting airline customers with high-demand aircraft.
DAE currently owns, manages or has commitments for more than 1,000 aircraft, including more than 250 Boeing aircraft.
