GA Telesis has acquired eight PW4000 engines for disassembly. The purchase was facilitated and will be managed by the Flight Solutions Group (“FSG”) for teardown and redistribution.
Following disassembly and repair by FSG’s Component Solutions team, the resulting used serviceable material (“USM”) will be made available to GA Telesis’ global airline and MRO customers over the coming months. This acquisition significantly expands the company’s extensive widebody jet engine component product lines. The addition of these assets further strengthens GA Telesis’ unrivaled independent USM inventory.
“We are pleased to see continued success in the Pratt & Whitney engine market,” said Alex Tuttle, COO of Flight Solutions Group. “As the global fleet of PW4000-powered aircraft continues to return to service, GA Telesis is strategically positioned to lead the procurement and redistribution of these assets, offering our customers exceptional cost efficiencies and high-quality support throughout their maintenance cycles,” he added.
