IAG Engine Tech appoints Max Schramm as Chief Executive Officer

IAG Engine Tech has appointed Max Schramm as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He will lead the development of the new company, established to manage the IAG Group's engine maintenance business and accelerate its growth as a leading international player in the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) sector, as part of Iberia's Flight Plan 2030.

Max Schramm is an accomplished aerospace executive with more than 16 years of experience leading strategy, operations and commercial growth within the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) sector. Most recently, he served as President and CEO of Lufthansa Technik Canada, where he established and successfully scaled the company's Canadian subsidiary, leading its strategy, operations and growth. Throughout his career, he has held a number of senior commercial and management positions within Lufthansa Technik and brings extensive international experience in aircraft engine maintenance, business development and industrial operations.
