KP Aviation has announced the appointment of Scott Butler as Chief Commercial Officer, a newly created role that underscores the company’s commitment to executing its long-term strategic vision. Butler brings extensive industry experience and a forward-looking perspective that will help shape KP Aviation’s commercial components strategy as the company continues to innovate and expand. His strategic mindset and proven track record in building strong customer relationships will be instrumental in scaling the business and further strengthening its market position.

Bringing nearly 20 years of experience across the commercial aviation industry, Scott Butler has held technical, commercial, and executive leadership roles within OEM and aftermarket organizations, including serving as Chief Commercial Officer for a leading aircraft teardown and recycling facility. He holds a BS and an MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and currently serves on the Executive Board of Directors for the Aircraft Fleet Recycling Association (AFRA)
