YTO Cargo Chooses Pratt & Whitney for PW4000 Engine Support

Pratt & Whitney has announced that Hangzhou China-based YTO Cargo has selected Pratt & Whitney to support their new fleet of Boeing 767-300ERs powered by 94-inch PW4000 engines. YTO Cargo will also receive a support package, ensuring a smooth entry into service for their 767 Freighter fleet. Pratt & Whitney has delivered over 2,500 PW4000 94-inch engines, which have collectively logged over 140 million flight hours on fleets across the world. The engines power Boeing 747s, 767s, and MD-11 aircraft, as well as Airbus A300 and A310s.


YTO Cargo Airlines? President, Hongxiang Li, said,ÿ?This agreement with Pratt & Whitney came after careful considerations in terms of engine experience, reliability and supportability within China. The support package will help ensure our operations are efficient as we continue to grow our fleet and our business.?


Also commenting on the new support agreement, Pratt & Whitney?s President - Greater China, Customer Business and Commercial Engines, Yogesh Farswani, said,
