GA Telesis, LLC have announced the acquisition of three additional Airbus A320neo (LEAP-1A) airframes, further strengthening its leadership position in the next-generation aviation aftermarket. With two additional A320neo aircraft expected to be added before the end of 2026, the company is on track to expand its portfolio by five aircraft this year alone.
The acquisitions reinforce GA Telesis’ position as a leading provider of A320neo used serviceable material (USM), with an inventory footprint that continues to outpace the emerging aftermarket for this next-generation platform.
The newly acquired aircraft represent some of the earliest A320neo airframes entering the aftermarket for disassembly, providing access to high-demand components that have historically been difficult to source outside original equipment manufacturer channels. The aircraft also include LEAP-1A engine nacelles and landing gear further enhancing GA Telesis’ next-generation material portfolio.
“GA Telesis has never built its aftermarket strategy around waiting for aircraft to retire,” said Jim Sokol, President of GA Telesis’ Flight Solutions Group. “We identify where the market is going and invest ahead of the demand curve. With five A320neo aircraft being added to our (existing) neo portfolio this year, we are creating access to next-generation material well before the traditional retirement cycle would otherwise make it available. Our customers need solutions today, not ten years from now.”
Through its Flight Solutions Group and integrated aviation services platform, GA Telesis provides airlines, lessors, and MRO organizations worldwide with component solutions, inventory management, distribution, and lifecycle support. Its expanding A320neo portfolio builds upon the company’s established leadership in aircraft disassembly, USM distribution, and asset management. As the aviation industry transitions toward newer-generation aircraft, GA Telesis continues to challenge conventional aftermarket models by acquiring assets earlier in their lifecycle and accelerating the availability of critical replacement components.
