GA Telesis announces the closing of the sale-leaseback of an Airbus A320-200 with Aerovista. The aircraft will be operated by a major European Operator, an AOC operated by Aerovista, and will assist in the European Operator’s mission to continue to provide top-tier ACMI solutions to air carriers globally.
GA Telesis’ Leasing, Investment, Financing & Trading (“LIFT”) Group continues its growth trajectory by acquiring high-quality assets, with or without a lease attached, for future leasing and trading. This aircraft will form part of the GA Telesis owned portfolio and builds on a long-established relationship with Aerovista.
“We are delighted to expand our relationship with the talented team at Aerovista,” said David Ellis, Senior Vice President and Head of the Asset Transaction Group. “This aircraft will contribute significantly to the European operator’s growth plans, and we look forward to seeing them continue to succeed,” he added.
“We are deeply grateful for our partnership with GA Telesis and delighted with the successful completion of the A320 sale-leaseback transaction. The professionalism and dedication of the GA Telesis team have been outstanding, and this agreement underscores our trust in them as partners in our future growth strategy,” said Jumber Yakobadze, Chief Executive Officer of Aerovista.
