Joramco has recently received the first Thrust Reverser from Spirit AeroSystems. This comes after announcing Joramco as an authorized MRO centre in the Middle East to provide a wide range of repairs and services of composite and metallic aerostructures to customers in the region earlier this year.
The agreement offer extensive nacelle repair services for Airbus A320, Boeing 737 and Boeing 777 aircrafts. This collaboration is further strengthened by the on-demand presence of a highly skilled team from Spirit AeroSystems, who arrived earlier this month to share their expertise and provide technical assistance and training while performing technical support on the first CFM56-7B Thrust Reverser received at Joramco facility as a result of this partnership. The repair was performed by Joramco support by Spirit AeroSystems team and with EASA Form 1 release.

Spirit’s senior vice president of Aftermarket, Kailash Krishnaswamy said, “Now that we jointly launched Boeing 737 structural component repairs at Joramco, we will quickly expand to the Airbus A320 Nacelle and Boeing 777 structural repairs. This will help support a significant % of the Middle East fleet”
