Werner Aero Acquires Two Airbus A320-200 Airframes

Werner Aero has acquired two Airbus A320-200 airframes during August, expanding its A320-family aircraft asset and teardown portfolio. The company acquired MSN 3383, currently located at Ascent’s facility in Tucson, Arizona, as well as MSN 2964, located at ecube’s facility in St Athan, Wales.

MSN 2964 will be dismantled for spare parts, with serviceable components and material recovered to support demand from airlines, lessors, MROs and other aviation customers. MSN 3383 will also join Werner Aero’s aircraft asset and teardown portfolio. The acquisitions strengthen Werner Aero’s supply of A320-family components and aftermarket material amid continued global demand for parts supporting the type.

Tony Kondo, President and CEO of Werner Aero, said the additions strengthen the company’s ability to provide customers with quality components and responsive aftermarket support.
