Willis Lease Finance Acquires 12 Aircraft and 13 Engines

Willis Lease Finance Corporation (WLFC) has completed the acquisition of a portfolio comprising 12 commercial aircraft and 13 aircraft engines. The transaction expands WLFC’s leasing portfolio and provides additional assets for deployment across its aircraft and engine leasing, asset management, technical and aftermarket businesses.

CEO Austin C. Willis said the acquisition represents an opportunity to deploy capital into assets that complement the company’s existing business while supporting its strategy of disciplined growth and long-term value creation.

Milbank served as legal counsel to WLFC, while PwC provided accounting, tax and financial due diligence services. The seller was advised by Vedder and KPMG Ireland.
